First STOP USING CAPS LOCK IT IS HARD TO READ AND STOP CHANGING THE FONT AND RANDOMLY CHANGING IT TO BOLD IT DOESN'T HELP NEITHER.

What is your budget, I would suggest a new cooler (maybe a hyper 212 evo) and a new graphic based on your budget.

you would have to double check for the width of your case but the 212 is quite tall and there are good chances that it won't fit your case no.

Power supply something at good price that is 80+ bronze certified that has got decent reviews would be good...500W is enough for your machine and a mid-range GPU of your choice.

I would get a new keyboard before anything else, your caps lock appears to be broken.

i5 3570k @4.2GHz

Corsair H100i GTX

Asus P8Z77-V PRO

OCZ 650W PSU

Nvidia GTX 760 SSC 2GB

Corsair Carbide 500R

SanDisk PLUS 120GB SSD

Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HDD
