So my gpu is staying around the 1328 Mhz mark when playing witcher 3 for about 2-5 minutes so i assume that is stable. But when playing league of legends it climbed down. IS this just to reduce heat when you dont need that 300 fps? Can someone explain this as im confused. Im using the EVGA Classified 980 ti that i havent overclocked but it goes way beyond its estimated boost clock,

You should need higher clock to play less intensive game, you dont need more FPS when it like over 200. It will only turbo up to higher MHZ if needed.
