Streaming PC and Personal PC?

I see a lot of streamers have a streaming PC and a Personal PC. Why do they have a streaming PC when they have another computer with better hardware?

Splitting the stress on the components and allows for a higher quality stream. The streaming PC usually has a hand-me-down GP! A very cheap one, or ueses intergrated graphics.

Streaming modern games takes a lot of processing power. You can use Nvidia Shadowplay or AMD VCE but the quality of those solutions is not as high mainly for partnered streamers.

So actually, building a gaming rig and a secondary rig is cheaper than a 5930k rig.
