calibration retry count warning

I bought my laptop -Lenovo z5070- it was 1 , now after about a month it's 27 I don't now if the hard drive is slow but when I sent it back to retailer they tell me that it's normal and that the seagate utility show nothing .. 

 

so is it really okay or will it fail later ?
