So I've been using Adblock plus for quite a while now. What I've done is to (on sites I visit regularly) disable the adblocker and see if I find the ads ok. If they are, I add the domain to a whitelist.

Though, since this is rather time consuming, I've realized that I'm not really doing it anymore.

So, I would like to switch adblocker to something that is turned off for all sites. But if I visit one that has really annoying ads, I'll just add it to a "blacklist" for that domain to be blocked, instead of using a whitelist that I use now that is more of a manual way of doing it.

So, if anyone know of a good way of doing this with an adblocker (I don't think APB can do it, I haven't found it at least), please tell me. smile.png

EDIT: I'm using firefox

I could be wrong, don't use adblocker anymore, but back when I used it, in the settings it asks from what lists would you like to use to block sites. If you uncheck all the lists you can then just manually blacklist them when you see them.

Unfortunately I cannot get it to work. Since I'm removing all filters (except malware ones) when I try to blacklist a domain to test. It doesn't do anything, probably due to it doesn't have a filter to add to the site. (I tried this with Ublock since I just tried it and I liked it other than I cannot get what I want to work)
