Need help unblocking a plugin in Chrome

Not sure if it's exactly a "plugin", but when you "inspect in game" a CS:GO item on the Steam market, it links to your CS:GO game and inspects the item

When I did this for the first time I clicked "Block" by accident instead of "allow" on the little popup in Chrome

How do I unblock this? I searched in all my settings and couldn't find anything.
