you better off going to home depot and getting a nice counter top and adding a few legs to it

Imo get something from ikea or home depot or somewhere of that sort.

im currently using a bucher block work bench as a desk and it is perfect

I got mine used for free from my  School (itt tech)

but try calling a few cabnet makers and asking if they have any scrap or messups also ask at home depot you can usually find that kind of stuff for practically nothing

painted fiber board held together with dowels. I had a few of these for 6 months and the paint started bubbling and the desks practically fell apart.
