Explorer Drag behaviour

Hi there, I recently switched from OSX back to Windows (I need more power than the current Mac pro offers..), I find myself beign annoyed by just one thing.

 

In OSX, when I want to upload files using my browser, I can just drag files in the finders "upload" window and it will take me directly to that files location.  In Windows it copies that file to where the explorer is currently at. So now, I have to manually locate the file I want to upload (which is somwhere in some folder on any of my 10 HDDs , it just takes forever).

 

Is there any way to change explorer behaviour?
