so im really into a game called csgo but I've been getting a lot of fps issues in my laptop :/

im hoping to upgrade to a $500 - $600 that i will be able to use to play csgo smoothly.

however i know next to nothing about computers and need some help selecting parts eta.

This is at the upper end of your budget but assuming you need a monitor, keyboard and mouse then this is what I'd go with. Also you can get the OS for very little money on Reddit.com/R/MicrosoftSoftwareSwap or you could possibly ask an administrator at your school (assuming you're in school) for a install disc of any modern OS. BTW this build will crush CS:GO at 1080p and higher.
