Starting Up not working

Hello please help!!!!,

 

I just built a 2000 dollar pc and its not booting properly. It keeps trying to boot but then it goes off. Its a pattern like this, on off on off. Could you please tell me if I did something wrong?

Check CPU power connection near the top of the board.
