Questions- What are you using the monitor for? Do you need fancy movement (up-down, tilt, landscape,) do you need built-in speakers, do you need quick response times? Is it facing a window (do you like glossy or do you need matte finish?)

I recently bought a monitor, it's this one right here- http://www.amazon.com/Acer-H236HL-bid-23-Inch-Widescreen/dp/B00AZMLIDQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1444002840&sr=8-1&keywords=acer+hl236+bid

I love it. 23", IPS panel (REALLY good colors), very thin bezels, it's pretty cheap (but, coming from Linus [he did a review on this monitor], it's a good deal), same response time as the ones you listed (5ms). BUT, it doesn't have all the fancy movements.

EDIT- my monitor also doesn't have speakers. But, who uses those anyway?

im using it for gaming, also i have a window in the right side of the monitor so i dont like glossy screens, also about response times ill do the best you can get for the price, but lower than 5ms i think. also was considering this one http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008DWITHI/ref=psdc_1292115011_t2_B008RM235I

Well, the AOC monitor you suggested is 5ms. For $150-180 USD you can't really do any better on an IPS panel.

Also, the ones you're looking at are very thick and heavy. I can't really suggest anything significant since I haven't had much experience with buying monitors, but you should just find one that's right for you.

SORRY FOR THE LATE REPLY.

Mine isn't facing any kind of window. It's bright enough so that no background light shows unless it's a super dark game like you described. There is no reflection unless those terms are met. I love this monitor, and it's great for the price, I"m probably gonna buy another later this year.
