Upgrading CPU/MOBO

So I'm looking to get an upgrade of my i3-2120 and asus p8h61-m lx plus. Current motherboard only supports 1333 MHz dual channel and no USB 3 port, so my Front usb3 is just there. while my ram is 1600. Don't know if i need the extra frequency. I'm really trying to game/stream at 60 FPS and it's sort of taxing when trying to play CSGO only (on my GTX 660). 

 

So any recommendations for a current gen i5/motherboards for a budget of $300-$400 CAD (Probably sticking with stock cooler or something cause Im not planning to over clock). Mind you I'm probably buying all of this on boxing day. so?

Just rechecked this thread, and if you could stretch your budget a little, to $430 you could get a Xeon with hyperthreading - which will help a LOT with streaming. This is using the stock cooler which is more than adequate for it tbh, but you could grab a 212 EVO in a month or two.
