So this is just for running the capture device, running OBS or x-spit (ive worked with OBS a bit but am not dedicated to it) and sending it right to twitch, the input is either going to be my Xbox one or my Gaming pc depending on what game im playing, Im not sure if an internal capture device or a external would be best to use and which one, some of my friends have said, go elgato, then others say elgato is trash, one said magewell, and i havent been able to find a magewell website that is functioning,  some recommended avermedia, however no one ever recommends a product, and i want to stress that this is only for streaming not for recording, I also, have a mouse, but its a old ps2 mouse, from my moms work i got for free, so that's why it doesn't list one, I also don't know if this is the best Itx mother board for the job, since i have no desire to overclock, thus the non k cpu, and the reason why i have no gpu other than integrated is , according to awesomesauce hardware's Haf stacker video, for streaming the integrated graphics will be more than enough.

So what do you think of the current build, and what capture device would be recommended or ways to improve the performance?

It's missing a GPU

mostly the cooler is a bit overkill since intel parts don't use too much power, and the stock cooler would be fine with a decent ammount of air flow

So I'd get a Xeon 1231v3 and save cash there

Or you could save a bunch of money and get an 8320e build, but it would have to be micro ATX

But like, could you elaborate more what you're doing with the rig? Like what are you streaming?

you didnt read the top did you? it states im going to be streaming my gaming pc, and my xbox one, its only for encoding to twitch, from the undetermined capture device, and the case is already purchased as it shows in the pc part picker and the sg13b dosent have the best airflow , i even referenced the pauls hardware video in which it states you dont need a dedicated gpu just onboard will be enough for encoding since im just streaming game-play ill be fine also the i7-4790 has an integrated intel hd graphics.

I'm missing something here, you're going to put your PC to a capture card and stream from a second device? Why not just stream directly from your PC? and just run a capture card to it from the Xbone?

But you could just use that 700 dollars to upgrade your main rig to something like a 5820k

how am i going to get a 5820k, ultra durrable motherboard and 36gb of ddr 4, and a new kracken x61 plate for lga 2011, for 756$, Also your ignoring the whole, the case is already purchased. Also i doubt a 5820k is going to give me the extra 20-30fps back.

Your current rig is already some tricked out 2011 v2 PC?

Assuming your current rig is an i7, the 5820k is going to give you 2 more cores and 4 more threads, so it should be more than enough to handle gaming and streaming.

Also for PC games like, you should be using GPU accelerated streaming, both AMD and Nvidia have stuff for that, and it greatly reduces your CPU dependence. Otherwise you could use DXtory to do the same thing.

4670k, and, no clue about dxtory, and i dont use nvidia shadowplay, as ive not had a good experience with it yet, also, through all of these, posts you havent offered any capture device reccomendations since i want to be able to stream my xbox one gameplay, as well as no comments about the motherboard.

Your build looks fine I suppose, it's just that your use case is weird, and kind of unessisary.

Here's DXtory info, it cuts down your CPU usage

As for streaming your Xbone, you just need a capture card, a decent one runs a few hundered dollars, and then you could just run that to your PC, if there's like some issue with distance, then you could just use like a laptop for streaming the console which a lot of people use.

but which capture device is rcomended, also, your pcpart design wouldnt work, i wouldnt go from 32 gb to 16, and a hyper 212 evo is not going to be enough to suport a oc of 1ghz to the cpu and give adiquiate temps, as my current cpu is at 4.3 ghz.

Do you fully utilize 32GBs just streaming? As for the OC, I mean do you really need to overclock a 5820k? You could just like pick that up, sell your old rig, and then further improve the X99 rig.

You could also probably reuse your current CPU cooler asuming it has 2011 mounting stuff

Here's capture cards
