Migrating both HDD to SSD

Hi,

 

I'm planning to migrate my both HDD's (1TB and 500GB) to two SSD's of the same capacity. 

 

I want to know if is better to do so or to use a 120 SSD to cache both disks?

 

Also, the process of migrate is just to clone both disks and everything should works like before? I have programs installed on my 500Gigs HDD that would be very tedious to reintall.
