Youtube audio sync problems in Chrome

Just a short question: Does anybody else have the video lagging behind audio on Youtube lately? I notice it doesn't happen on Firefox or even Internet Explorer, but both my normal Chrome installation and the portable version without any addons seem to have about a 0.5 second discrepancy.

I have the issue on Waterfox from the get go, but if I move the video timeline it fixes it. Only on some videos though.
