Best preamp?

I will be getting the at2020 and i need a amp. I need it to be usb because my on board-audio is CARP. it would be nice if it was 60 and under

Sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it back in because it will make a buzz sound, but it's a small issue with an easy fix.

Oh. But it has no buzz at all normally like at 100%
