MGS V Quiet Save corruption bug

Since Ive read about the save corruption bug regarding bringing Quiet in Missions 29 and 42 being fixed in a recent patch, has anyone here still encountered this bug?

since it has been said its been patched... just do it. and if you are still not sure about it, just create a backup file for your save.

Save data is stored at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\181945646\287700

I haven't and I used Quiet for both of those missions post patch.
