pc not shutting down correctly!

so when i shut down my pc it shuts down normal except for the case leds and my mouse led they stay on
I'm sure its going into sleep mode or any other mode and when I force sh​ut down (keep holding the power button) every thing shuts down including the leds
is that ok?!​

It's fine, if its bothering you though, you can turn off the switch on your PSU after turning off your computer. Just remember to switch it back on again before you turn your computer on!

Idk anything in volts things......... I just need to know if its normal and y when I force shut down my pc all leds go off

Try to use command prompt to shut it down? It might just be a poor confused little computer.
