Witcher 3 - Best Armor?

I'm currently level 22 and I'm looking for some dank Armor. I have a full set of Cat Gear Armor on right now but I'd like to get some master crafted stuff. Is there a guide on how to do this? Also, what level do I need to be? Thanks.

Many stuff can be bought at vendors, or you can take things apart to get new reagents.

I really like the feline armor

Higher frame rate over higher resolution.

If I remember correctly, all of the Mastercrafted armor requires level 30. But you should be able to squeeze into the first or second Ursine armor tier, which is my personal favorite, by level 22.
