Anyway I would get an AMD for Crossfire support.

CF and SLI work fine for both Intel and AMD.

If you meant Hybrid CF, it at its best is still worse than a single 260x let alone a 970.

I mean so there isn't clashing drivers if he wants the APU to power a display in a multi display setup.

The build i think i whant there are 2GPU's I want one of the i just think te GTX970 is overkill for playing games at 1080p at 60fps on ultar.

Her is also 2GPU I want I just think the 8GB is overkill on the build for games at 1080p 60fps on ultra..

There's no such thing as overkill=-)

Higher frame rate over higher resolution.
