When i wake from sleep my mouse and keyboard turn on but not my monitors , only until 10 seconds later . 

 

If it helps to diagnose , sometimes it lasts more than 10 seconds and when my monitors finally turn on my mouse and keyboard turn off for a second . Suspecting either mobo bullshit or driver problems

Hmm.

 

Your monitors could just have an "Eco" Setting enabled.

highly unlikely both of them have exactly the same eco warmup setting , even if i were to use such an eco setting. Any eco settings are off and this has been happening only for a couple weeks , even on my win8 instalation that i upgraded to win10 last week
