under 90c is fine. You can't get a water block because it's not a reference design card ( I think). Usually reference cards are the one with the Blower style card and water block fit those reference cards better.

I think that may be a little warm. But I don't think you have to worry until you hit 80c- over 90c

I assume this GPU is watercooled?

 

If not those temps are normal.

You won't find a block for that card other then a universal VGA mount which will just cool the GPU. The problem with those is you will also have to find cooling for the VRM and ram, which results in an ugly looking frankenstein's monster block with ramsinks stuck all over the place.

 

*some* vendor heatsink / shroud assemblies allow removal of just the GPU heatsink so you can get by with water cooling the GPU and having the rest of the OEM shroud cooling the VRM and ram, but those are few and far between. The only one I have seen recently allowing that is the reference Titan / 780 blower shrouds.
