How can I tell if my Motherboard had had a discharge?

Also how do I know if it took any other parts with it ?

yes everything works but when i put the graphics card in today it it said no signal everything so far turns on but i need help with the graphics card how do i make it show my bios on the monitor? please help so confused also all i plugged in to the graphics card is the pci cable is there anything else i plug in (MSI 960 2G)

um... I'm guessing u did this but the hdmi/display cable to the monitor from your graohics card not from your motherboard?... no signal could be motherboard or graphics cards or both.

 

When my motherboard has a discharge it stopped working... unless you want to go through millions of contacts points on a motherboard and test them individually there is no way to tell for sure.

 

Easiest way is to try your parts on a new motherboard and see if they still works.
