Hey guys. I managed my PC to boot, but my voltage was extremely high. 1.3V without overclocking it! Is this just a bug or I lost the silicon lottery?

I successfully hacked 127.0.0.1! Now I cant turn on my computer :/

It seems to be normal for Skylake CPUs, and I don't think it has anything to do with your overclocking potential. My 6600K defaulted to around 1.3 V when the voltage was set to Auto. Before I started overclocking I keyed in a number of manual voltages to see what it would tolerate and it went at least as low as 1.13 V or so for me. At the moment I'm stable at 4.5 GHz and 1.315 V.
