Same graphics cards, different cooler connectors

So I have 2 gtx 550ti's and I did a cooler swap. I didnt notice it the first time but turns out that the first one has a 3pin connector cooler. I noticed that after seeing that my gpu didnt have fan control, but the previous gpu with this cooler had it. I wanted to ask what can i do to connect this 3 pin cooler to my 4 pin gpu and get fan control?

yea... green cards do rare things friend
