Umm I don't know why you have two CPU coolers... You can only put one cooler on a CPU at a time - you can't pair more than one together because they don't work like that.

As for your question, a Titan X would be plenty for 2-3 1080p monitors. IMHO though, I think the Titan X is overkill and you should go for something like a 980Ti (or even a 980) because the 980Ti will perform better than the Titan X in some cases for gaming. The Titan X makes literally no sense for gaming unless you have money you need to burn.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

there'

Get a 250GB 850 EVO and you should have gotten a 980ti instead of the TitanX.

Why 3 cheap monitors when you could get two nice ones?

because there good quality

Wut. What kind of CPU cooler are you talking about? How exactly are you planning on attaching a CPU cooler to a Titan X?

theres mounting hardware for the titan x that allows you to put a cpu cooler on the gpu chipset

Let me rephrase. Why are you gaming in 1080p with a Titanx?

its 3 mointors and I already brought the titan x in my current rig

That's a CPU cooler, not a GPU cooler. Don't use it with your Titan X. If I may ask, have you have any experience building computers before? The components in your build are not balanced well at all. It would help if we could know what you plan to do with this build (i.e. video editing, gaming, facebook machine, etc.).

Sorry, I didn't phrase that very well. I am aware that it can be done, but why are you doing it? You can mount a massive CPU heatsink on a GPU, but why would you want to? This just seems like extra effort for no reason. Sure liquid cooling is nice, but certainly not necessary. Especially if you intend to rig a CPU cooler instead of proper liquid cooling.

With the cost of one of the coolers you could jump to 1440, or at least off of 60hz. If budget is a concern. The Titan won't need a cooler if you're running 1080p like the rest of us peasants LOL

If anyone asks you never saw me.

I didn't see your post before writing that. If you're going to call people a dumbass on this forum and be rude, we're not going to help you. If you help from anyone in general (including outside of these forums), be polite and nice.
