Hi,

I'm choosing a laptop for my brother. He has a tight budget (under €800) and he's going to use for music production and gaming (more for music production actually). We don't like "exotic" designs, so we both hate the shapes of the ROG laptops for example. He's looking for something quite light and professional-looking. He's not a hard-core gamer like me, so he'll be playing mostly games like FIFA and NBA 2K, but also famous titles like GTA V or Watch Dogs.

So far, the best model I've found is the Asus R511LB (GT 940m 2GB, 128GB SSD, 500GB hard drive, 6GB of RAM, i5-5200u, 15.6inches, Full HD) at only €699. That's a good deal, considering the fact that I'd get it with a little discount so the final would be around €650-660.

What do you guys think? Is this the best GPU I can get in this price range? As he's not willing to get a new laptop any time soon, will this be enough to play such games for the next 4-5 years (I mean until the next generation of consoles is released) ? Please note that he doesn't want to get something used.

Thanks
