My friend has 2k USD and he wants to spend it on a gaming/streaming PC.  most graphics intensive game he has is arma IIi and wants to play it at 1440p.

i don't have the PCPartpicker link i sent him, but the build was

4790k

212evo

M-ITX gigabyte mobo with wifi AC(don't remember exactley it)

16gb of 1866 corsair ram(i think dominater)

2 480gb ssds raid 0(don't remember brand)

980 ti

bitphenix prodigy white

600w gold PSU(don't remember which one)

asus pb278q(i think thats the model number, its the asus 1440p ips moniter that everybody loves)

i didn't skimp out don't worry, from the spelling and grammar above it seems like i don't know what i'm doing but i do  lol, just didn't feel like checking it. the psu was like 60 USD.  and i know he could go x99 but i would have to sacrifice stuff like ssd and x99 isn't super necessary for him
