So recently I do not no why, but my computer has not been able to shut down correctly. I would shut down on windows 10 and it would seem like it has shut down but all the lights on the computer, graphics card, rgb mouse and keyboard, and motherboard lights doesn't seem to turn off. This is forcing me to shut down the system manually. Help!

Best solution will be to not install a beta OS. Windows 10 isn't ready yet. Maybe once service pack 1 comes out, it'll be fixed...

What's strange was that it happened on my mouse with windows 8.1 also, just my mouse though. It would just light up unless i unplug it from the USB port. It happened more often if i put the computer to sleep and then shut it off later, but occasionally happen for no reason at all also.

Did you upgrade from 8.1 or do a clean install? Upgrade carries over many issues from old Windows to the new one. A reinstallation of Windows may fix your issue.

The home version of Win10 dose not allow you to turn off automatic updates. It may be installing updates prior to the shut down. I ran with Win10 on my laptop for a month and not being able to turn them off drove me insane.

I did a clean install when i upgraded to windows 8.1

So you installed Windows 8.1 and upgraded to Windows 10? Could you try to do a clean Windows 10 installation? That could solve issue for you.

You can turn off automatic updates though registry hack or blocking the program though firewall or applying a patch.
