ATX and I do plan to do crossfire. I already have one hd 7950.

The D3H will do everything you need: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87xd3h

I would pick the G45 from MSI because it has a better audio than what you can get from gigabyte. In terms of overclocking I don't know what gigabyte has to offer but I know the G45 has an 8 phase power design. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I think I'll go with MSI G45.

If you really want good audio, just get a cheap dedicated sound card. It would be better than any onboard audio.

I just bought the motherboard and processor. I just need to ask a question. I'm testing the processor using the intel heatsink, the cpu temp is around 50 to 58 celsius, is that okay?

The temp is around 65 to 73 when stress testing using prime95, is that okay? I'm using the stock heatsink, still waiting for my aftermarket cooler.

All boards pretty much overclock as well as any other board.  That is, within the basic enthusiast level anyway :).  Jus make sure u get a decent quality one like MSI G43, Asus or Gigabyte D3H, and make sure it supports the features you need like you said Xfire xD
