So... I have started a business, building computers and i was wondering what the best way to ship it would be.

I have heard horror stories, but then how do manufacturers like alienware and origin ship their pcs?

Anyway, i am thinking about either insatpak : http://www.instapakpackaging.com.au/

or

using this tutorial:

So... Any help?

P.S. i will be using TNT for freight management

so just do that and tell the customer to remove it when it arrives?

And I know someone who works at Bunnings so should I double box? And at least then the PC won't be stolen by a handler needing a new PC.

you mean covering it with some paper ? yes that's important because everyone's know a PC is expensive

I meant putting the PC into the case box, and then into a bigger box with more packing peanuts etc.

ohh yeah that'll be great, try to cover the Case with some newspaper since if someone knows its a PC, theres a change of getting stolen

Yeah, it'll probably end up in a box from Bunnings as an outer shell so no one would want to steal it anyway but I'll do newspaper as well
