CPU- AMD Fx 6100

Mobo- Asus cross hair IV formula Z

Storage- WD blue 500gb HD

CPU Cooler-Master hyper 212 evo cooler

Case- Bitfenix neos 

Power supply- 850W NZXT bronze 

GPU- Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 OC 3GB

Ram 8Gbs DDR3

I'm getting that for 400$ Canadian

 

Upgrades*

I plan on switching the HD for a WD blue 1tb and a 120gb SSD for boot.

 

Don't really plan on overclocking since all i play is League of legends/Runescape/Dayz

 

You guys this this is worth $400 Canadian?

 

If you this about some stuff to do let me know, don't really plan on spending a ton of this but let me know what you would do with this build?

the mb is too much. If you are sticking with AMD, get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131851

and get an FX 8 series chip. the FX 6300 can barely keep up with a 7870

You are on a need to know basis, and you don't need to know.

By the way i'm getting this for a steal of 400$ so clearly there is room for improvement.

As in you're buying it from someone used?

It's a pretty solid rig, should hold you over for a while, you'll just be a bit limited in CPU bound games, but I don't think you could do any better buying parts new

I actually have a spare FX8350 i would put in it with a new mobo obv.
