This is the system : http://www.pcgarage.ro/vizualizare-wishlist/1354058/

GTA 5 has random fps drops to 20, Rise son of rome has it, even CSGO . He sais its happening in ALL settings, low or high

The guy tells me he gets 60 fps then random drops to very low fps and that its annoying as hell. What's happening?

He tried making the cpu run only at 99% , it didn't help alot.

CPU can't handle GTA 5. CS:GO has drops on every machine. That's why everyone plays with 300 fps.

Rise wasn't greatly optimized.

That CPU lacks L3 cache, maybe that's the reason for an FPS drop from time to time?

That CPU is recommended for budget builds allover the internet, can it be fixed ?

No. You'd be better off buying a new 1150 MOBO and a G3258 or 4460 (whichever he can afford).

Be serious, GTA5 on low settings doesen't require alot of power. I ran it on a Core2Quad 8300 without fps drops

Intel cores are generally a lot stronger than AMD cores.
