Help with tablet,wont boot

Hi.i have the Hisense Sero 8 tablet,and since yesterday it wont boot.If i press the power button,it shows the Hisense logo along with the sentence powered by android,then the screen goes black,but its not off since i can see it glow

I have made a factory reset but it did not help.

Can you guys help me?

did you hard reset?

what did u do before? tried to root, unlock bootloader(if it has), flash recovery/kernel/rom or just casual use?

Try hard resetting it. If it doesn't works then flash a new OS to it.

hard reset it by removing the battery, or if it is not removable, try holding power and volume buttons all at once for some seconds, untill it vibrates 1-3 times (sony hard reset like)

factory reset != hard reset

 

Hard reset resets the hardware (a forced shutdown and reboot), while factory reset resets the system to the factory settings

How can i perform a hard reset then? Remember i can go to recovery settings,but i cant boot to android
