Hello guys to oc my 4690K i need to change the mode to manual for cpu core voltage isnt there in my mobo there is only adaptive and override so i wanted to know that does override means manual? am having h97 gaming 3

You're out of luck; you can't overclock on an h97 chipset.

h97 chipset means your mother board doesn't support easy "automatic" oc which means your not going to be able to oc unless your a tech wizard, z97 is the one that supports oc
