I'd explain it but Linus does it better :D

 

Water conducts heat extremely well, so it can be used to cool components. You can find similar technology on cars.

 

Basic components of a PC watercooling loop is a block which is attached to a heat producing component, a pump that circulates the liquid inside the watercooling loop and a radiator which cools the liquid in the loop either with fans or passively.

 

There are other components but you can find a lot of information on the video linked above.

Thanks for such quick responses. Do you guys think you can maybe link me a all in one setup with a decent radiator that can cool an i7 4770k 3.5ghz
