Water Cooling

Water conducts heat extremely well, so it can be used to cool components. You can find similar technology on cars.

 

Basic components of a PC watercooling loop is a block which is attached to a heat producing component, a pump that circulates the liquid inside the watercooling loop and a radiator which cools the liquid in the loop either with fans or passively.

 

There are other components but you can find a lot of information on the video linked above.

My advice is to spend a bit of time reading forum posts and watching videos.

I find watching Linus's build videos to be very useful in learning, Jayztwocents videos are another great source of info.
