Video editing noob

I need advice on what software I would need for the kind of 2D editing I would be getting into it's basically and whether it would be possible to do with a i3(I do plan to upgrade soon to i5 but if I get really into this I might consider an Intel Xeon)

 

Not really sure to explain the kind of editing I want to get into it's basically for COD eps(yes I know)

I'm prettty sure the channelused premade 3d templates, I can remember seeing at least two of the ones used.

 

The go to video editing software would be Premiere Pro, if you need more editing power you'd need to integrate with After Effects.

 

But if you're just going to do COD videos premiere pro should be enough. But then you can't have those fancy intros unless someone makes them for you.
