not able to access HDD

dupdeon

Hi all, so i recently purchased a ssd and instead of fresh install I Selected to clone hard drive to SSD, somehow I lost my MBR as none of these devices want to boot, as bios states there is no OS found. So then fresh install on SSD using windows 10, hard drive does not show in explorer but shows under device manager, there is no drive letter assigned to the drive and it does not allow me to create or assigned a drive letter. My question therefore would be how can I fix this to just get to some files that I need to then format drive and use as backup media.

here you can assign letter and format it for access if needed, etc.

Try a Drive Recovery software on it.
