i have two raid cards that are exactly the same model and i wanted to know if i can two seperate raids in my pc without they interfiring with each other because one is my os raid where i will be running 4 ssd's and the second one is my storage raid where im going to do backups and store important files i just want to know if im going to have any problem when having 2 raids and having 2 raid cards that are the same model in the same system

You can run multiple RAID controllers without any issues.

 

You can (in theory) have tons of different RAID arrays (of course you're primarily limited to PCI slots, later, it's more of an OS issue).

Yes, but there is still a small Chance of interference with some cards / card combo's.

In my server for instance I had to swap the locations of my RAID cards to make them work.

Just remeber what size each RAID array is in case you have to make some change. Loony touched on a good point the location my matter for each array. For example you want to have the Boot RAID card on the slot that is nativily the highest thoughput for exmple.

Hmm, weird. That shouldn't be happening though.

That's a good point. Then I guess running multiple of the same RAID cards is the best option.
