OCZ RevoDrive X2, the Asus RaidR is coming out which is 100Mb/s faster. If you are asking about 2.5" drives the 840 Pro is the fastest.

The fastest one I've seen is the Fusion-io Octal drive (definitely not consumer grade though)

Well if you are looking for a SSD, most people would probably recommend the Samsung 840 PRO at the moment.
