Need help with New Windows, Install etc

Hello!

 

 

Recently I changed few items in my PC and I decided to do full system clean

 

I started like this

 

( using Windows 10 )

Restart this PC > Reset this PC > Remove Everything

 

Then PC Restarted and started doing  "Pc Restart or Windows Restart to default"

 

At about 5-10% the PC Turned of TWICE

First time I just thought Hm this is weird so I started the PC again and it was continuing where it stopped but then the Power cut out again and I was really worried and I checked the PSU Cable because I was still doing a bit of "cleaning" behind the PC and i must have moved the cable a bit and then I found out the cable was sitting under my Bed/Leg and the Cable got Damaged so I replaced it with new one.

 

Now when I start my PC I get the first 1-3 Black screens as always everything fine and then tries to enter Windows ( Still in black screen ) and then the PC Restarts and keeps on restarting.

 

So ... I need new Windows. I had Windows 10 but I no longer have the CD for Windows ( windows 8 on CD )

 

What do I do now? Donwload Windows from Microsoft? I dont have the Windows Key anymore because I cant find the CD

 

 

Lets say I downloaded the Windows Somehow. Do I need to Delete my Hard drive completely? because it still contains few bits of the previous windows etc ?

Win 10 upgrade is tied into the motherboard, so fresh install on a blank drive is no problems.

It was already doing "windows restart" and Accidentally PC switched off twice and now I cant get to Windows. The PC keeps on trying to boot into Windows but fails and restarts and keep on restarting

Yes. After it gets past the BIOS and tries to Start windows the PC restarts

 

I can get to Bios

IDK man you should get pay someone to Repair it ( or just get a New HDD )
