We cant make the system max because we dont know what your cpu is capable of. You need to do your own tests to find the max. You also haven't told us your cpu...

step 1 :open web browser

step 2: go to google

step 3: type in GPU OC guide or CPU OC guide

step 4: press enter

step 5: choose a site/vid to learn

step 6: repeat steps 1-6 until u feel confident

step 7: OC ur CPU and GPU and hope u won't kill your system.

step 8: Enjoy after your sucessful OC or go buy new parts for comp
