http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER02953394M/1/Network_Driver_YN67N_WN32_17.16.0_A04.EXE

ok, download and install this see if it helps with the ethernet, we'll start from there and then sort out your wifi =)

site is the official dell site for your laptop. drivers are for ethernet adapter if those dont work try these

http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER01975747M/1/Network_Driver_NTPXD_WN_8.20.815.2013_A00.EXE

download the first link install try connecting through ethernet, if that doesnt work try the second one,

if you have access to another computer then download them from there copy them to your phone and copy over to the laptop, or use a flash drive, which ever you have

also can you quote so i know you have replied, thanks dude

sounds like a permissions issue., ( wifi can just not work sometimes) have you tried resetting your router? or disable then re-enable the wifi on the laptop? what OS are you using?

It's a dell Inspiron 15 5000 2015 model

Try disabling the wireless adapter, then re-enabling it. If that doesn't work make sure you've typed in all your passwords and settings correctly into the laptop. Consider doing a Disk-Cleanup to get rid of all the bulk cache files and what not and a full shutdown then reboot never killed anyone.

Thanks!
