you are not booting to that drive, your bios is looking at a drive and saying theres nothing here, so your bios is looking for a HDD/SSD so its either unplugged or its set up to the wrong drive as primary, wheres you need to set it to the flash drive instead  can you not press "del" and get into bios or try tapping "F8" i think it is to access the flash drive from the boot menu

i tried del and the statement repeated itself. same with f8. i tried with the hdd in 2 of the 4 sata ports and it changed nothing. nothing in the manual explains what to do

sorry had to email myself pics from my phone

no worries

ok lets start again, what are you pressing to get to the screen with the mouse?

and when it get to the "select proper boot device" youve missed the time window which to put in a command like "del" or F12"

so start again turn of computer, and tap "del" on the numberpad on the right side of your keyboard on the bottom row, tap that before you turn on the PC and keep tapping untill you get taken to a different screen, when youve done that message back and tell me what is on the screen ( if anything)

where iv circled is your battery, take it out, ( make sure PC is off and unplugged or press the switch at the back) leave it out count to 30, then put it back in, turn the powerswitch at the back/plug the power cord in then turn the computer on, then tap "del" again keep tapping and wait 30- 60 seconds if nothing shows up, we have a problem, if it does post back here either way and tell me what you see
