So awhile ago I posted about an issue I was having with my pc making noises and not being able to find it but after the post it stopped for awhile so I continued about my day, Well its back and I have a video so maybe someone can help?

 

CPU: Intel Core I7 4790k @ 4.0ghz MOBO: Asus z97-A GPU:  EVGA 970 SSC SLI  RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB 1866  PSU: Corsair HX850W STORAGE: Kingston SSD 120GB, 1TB WD, 500GB WD CASE: NZXT H440

Sounds like a broken fan, take out your GPU and then tell me what it sounds like.

I really don't think that's the issue because I can run precision X and the fans will spin up fine. I should also probably mention my way of fixing that noise is to shut off and turn back on my pc, just stops after that.

Just try it pls

I'll try it but the issue is this noise is not consistent on every start up so I would have to run it without my GPU for a week or two...
