How to Install a GPU?

I'm getting my EVGA 980 Ti SuperClocked very soon (managed to snag it for $500) and am replacing my 2 660 Ti's in SLI with it. 

 

Are there any easy guides on how to do this? Is it really as simple as unplugging my current graphics cards, unscrewing them, removing them, then putting in the new one, screwing it in, and plugging it in to my PSU? 

 

In terms of drivers, do I need to uninstall my current drivers first?

Do that then once u boot up do a "custom install" of the geforce drivers
