The time has come but i am still unsure!

At that price for the 390x I say there's no real question. It is in the small majority of cases the better performer out of the 390x and 980. And at higher resolutions, the 390x wins nearly every single time. As well as it has a lot more vram which could very well help in a few cases. I for example had to sell my 970 and buy a 390 because I ran out of vram suuuper easilly when playing cities: skylines (I have a LOT of assets). So for that price, it is the FAR superior choice.

390x or 980. If you're comfortable paying for either one then it just really depends on whether you like AMD or Nvidia. I know there are going to say otherwise but in my experience the difference between them is negligible.
