I'm getting in to pc gaming and have 700 dollars including windows 1 monitor. I would like a side window on the case so I can install some leds. Red and black colors and yes I can paint some thkngs. Any help is appreciated.

you can't afford more then 8gb

and most gaming pcs don't need more either
