When I am playing games and someone else in my house is on Instagram or on the laptop, facebook, or even a 480p youtube video my ping can spike up to 300ms. Is there any way I can prioritize my computer's bandwidth to the router? I use wired internet and everyone else uses Wi-Fi.

Here are some pictures of what my router UI looks like. Its a Ubee router and it came with the internet when Time Warner hooked us up.

Here is my speedtest, I know I shouldn't be getting spikes just because someone else is on Wi-Fi.

Any help would be nice, thanks!

Also, remember ping is NOT bandwidth. Just because you have the bandwidth for everyone to be doing their own thing doesn't mean that you can still game with perfect ping because the router won't know to prioritize your packets in real-time versus someone streaming netflix. QoS is very important in routers that need to support multiple connections if you care about ping.

Since the modem is a router and modem together, if I got a router with QoS would it work with the Ubee modem?
