Hey guys I have 2 120gb SSDs and I want to RAID 0 them on my board. How do I find this in the BIOS?

Set the SATA controller to RAID mode and you will get the option to boot into the Intel RAID ROM utility.

 

Then from there it should be fairly intuitive. You select the drive(s) and the type of array, it will construct the array and you can now use it.

Tl;DR Enable Raid in bios, then press Ctrl + I(or l?) on boot, then follow the onscreen steps.
